Spirit Intrusion : Nightly Voice Harassment : 1/29/2020

January 29, 2020 1:15am   It’s another damn night where sleep is not coming easy. I just made an attempt, but Crystal was harassing me pretty bad.   Tonight, it’s been mainly voice harassment with less physical harassment. She hit me with a few shouts as well.   I heard her saying something along the lines of “stop trying to make me angry.” She just doesn’t seem to give a damn about making me angry. She doesn’t seem to think twice about trying to deprive me of sleep. This nightly harassment is still a big flash-point in my situation. What animosity I do carry, most of it is because of this.   I need to sleep, like any human being does. But, all she seems to see is an opportunity to give me some trouble.   I just took another dose of sleep-aid. I’ll give sleep another try in a moment.

Pulled Back from the Brink of Sleep : 6/1/2020

June 1, 2020 12:20 am   I went to bed about an hour ago. I was hearing Crystal’s voice to a slight degree. I was also experiencing some physical sensations, but it was also a just to a slight degree. I was almost at the point of falling asleep when I was suddenly pulled back from it after feeling   some sensations that were not to such a slight degree.   These sensations were mainly jabs and pinches coming up through the mattress. This is an old and regular tactic of disruption from Crystal.   I’ve also been feeling “a presence” on my right foot. I was feeling it while I was in bed and I’m still feeling it right now as I sit in my living room chair and write this.   My right foot seems to be something of a big target tonight. I’m barefoot now, but I’m about to put some socks on to see if it makes any difference at all. It probably won’t, but it’s worth a try.   Astral Entity Intrusions : 8/14/20   August 14, 2020 10:35 pm     I was just sitting here in my living room reading a book. In the background I could hear Crystal’s voice talking. Her voice was coming in over the steady background noise of my air conditioner. I wasn’t picking up on most of what she was saying ….nor was I trying to. Yet, there were moments when her voice seemed to jump out of the noise at me with greater intensity. It was enough to cause a bit of a disturbance while I was trying to read, but not enough to prevent me from enjoying my book.   I’m very glad that throughout the course of my situation with these voices, I was not “blocked” from enjoying reading for very long. There was a span of a few months back during the first year (2015) when I was simply in too bad a state to be able to concentrate long enough to enjoy reading a book.
